Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- With at least 5 years of Managerial experience
- With relevant experience in the WTP/WWTP/STP Projects
Duties and Responsibities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Forecast the cost/price of the different materials needed for the project.
- Maintains historically accurate unit costs.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Absorbs terms of reference and understand what the principal designer’s specifications & the client’s needs.
- Conduct size data gathering and inspections during the preliminary design phase or whenever necessary for accuracy of drawings in relation to the project site.
- Produce bidding documents such as conceptual drawings, calculations, schedule, methodology, etc. to satisfy the requirements of a proposal.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- PRC License Holder
- 5 to 8 years Design working experience
- Experience in the Water and Wastewater Industry in an advantage
- Basic knowledge in Computer Aided Design, Project Planning and Documentation softwares

Duties and Responsibilities
- Report and take job orders from the Design Manager and PD Group Director. Coordinate with the other members of the Planning and Design Group.
- Understand what the principal designer’s specifications & the client’s needs are.Conduct size data gathering and inspections during the design development and contract document phases or whenever necessary for accuracy of drawings in relation to the project site.
- Produce documents such as construction drawings, methodologies, schedules, fabrication drawings, calculations etc. to satisfy the requirements of a project. Inspect the site for issues that might affect the future implementation of the design.
- Prepare and constantly review plans, construction drawings, cost estimates and specifications before actual construction begins.
- Ensure that all the drawings are compliant with the law, building codes and the company’s standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (underboard are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
- Dedicated registered nurse (RN) with specialty experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing.
- Worked intensively with patients to promote their interest and participation in reality, identify problems and solutions, and enhance their coping skills
- First Aid Training & Basic Life Support (Red Cross Certificate)
- In-depth knowledge of the latest medical equipment to diagnose, treat, and monitor patient conditions

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Whether an injury occurs at work or away from work, the company nurse will work monitor the injured employees to help them manage their recovery so that they can return to work sooner.
- Provide description of the typical response to exposure and work with any employees that do suffer, to aid in their recovery.
- While complying with laws and regulations, company nurses investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborate with safety teams.
- Manage medical records, create emergency workplace preparedness plans and evaluate health care delivery systems and keep this information confidential.
- Conduct Blood Pressure and Pulse Rate check at the office on a daily or weekly basis.
- Prepare and monitor APE schedule of all BIPI employees (office & site).
- Evaluate and interpret submitted APE results of BIPI employees and make appropriate recommendation, if needed and submit summary (Quarterly & Annually) of all APE results to Management.
- Conduct project site visit to check health condition of the project site employees. (Monthly basis or as necessary).
- Act as Coordinator of the EHS Dept. and provide assistance to all Site Nurse, Safety Officers, First Aiders at site (if needed).
- Initiate and/or promote Health & Wellness Program for the company and perform Health Awareness Training for fellow employees.
- Assist EHS Supervisor on EHS documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience as Supervisor/Operation & Maintenance
- One -two years’ experience in water & wastewater treatment process
- Knowledge of water and wastewater plant operations equipment, pumps and motors and related maintenance Must be detailed oriented, possess excellent time management skills, be well organized, a self-starter and with a high focus on compliance and responsibilities
- Ability to closely monitor and communicate progress to Clients, Management or its Designated Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plant facilities and assigns personnel.
- Supervise the control and operation of water and waste treatment plant chemicals, machines and equipment.
- Monitors plant records, including operations logs and chemicals inventories.
- Monitors performance process of machinery and equipment, prepares maintenance schedule, leads in equipment maintenance and repair work.
- Responsible for close coordination with client and with BAUER Management for administrative concerns and any technical issues.
- Oversees the safety of personnel by training employees in proper safety procedures and monitoring work in progress.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of weekly/monthly reports.
- Responsible for the preparation of personnel work schedules.
- Remains on call after hours, responds to departmental problems or emergencies.

- With construction of WTP/WWTP/STP Projects is an advantage. With at least 5-8 years of working experience in the field is required.
- Experience with Manila Water Project is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of assigned projects(per discipline).
- Support the leadership and development on-site and in-charge in the head office with regard to Construction concerns and update.
- Perform administrative/HR function in coordination with HR, overall in-charge of employees performance, conduct and behavior, disciplining employee, whilst training and teaching the employees towards the company’s goals and objectives. Encouragement of excellence and quality in work will lead to a great reputation amongst client
- Monitor the project updates, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignment. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues and other personnel.
- Review and checking of technical studies and estimate of quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility.
- Checking of project specifications by reviewing Construction Manager’s submitted structural design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
- Analyze maps, existing drawings, blueprints and other data to properly pinpoint external factors and environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
- Develop the department’s objectives, programs, activities, events and milestones by reviewing project proposals and plans.
- Review the submitted weekly accomplishment/progress report from subordinates
- Travel from one site to another to monitor and check site operations as instructed by Construction Director
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed Engineer (CE, ME, EE)
- Experience in the construction of water, wastewater, and sewage treatment plant projects is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
- Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
- Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
- Assists in the follow-up with the departments audited to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and bringing to management issues that require attention tracking corrective actions.

- Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze water and wastewater samples daily, weekly or monthly as stated in the contract.
- Closely coordinate with client on the results of laboratory analysis and recommend proper corrective and preventive measure.
- Conduct training of new operators and other client staffs.
- Recommend and submit ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the system/process of client.
- Ensure compliance to contract and deliver assigned scope of work as required and deemed necessary to comply with the client requirement.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manual of handled projects before commissioning.
- Supervise technicians and operators.
